What started off as an experimental fund raising effort and a team building project for the office of Build to Suit, Inc., turned out to be a community involvement effort supporting SPECS, an organization that provides support to the Domestic Violence Shelters and Victims. With the help of generous donors, Build to Suit, Inc. has raised over $10,000 in the last 3 years for this worthy cause. We thank all who participated and donated to this event!

Carlson Family through Make-A-Wish Before Carlson Family through Make-A-Wish After
In 2015 Build to Suit, Inc. and it's employees sponsored the Carlson Family through Make-A-Wish. Colby Carlson, a 13 year old boy with Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure, had been added as a 1A urgent status to the heart transplant waiting list. His "Wish" was to have a Man Cave constructed in his basement. Build to Suit organized labor and material suppliers to join together to finish Colby's basement. During the construction phase, Colby receive his heart transplant. He was able to return home to his newly finished Man Cave.
